Do I need to know how to code?

No. You can build complete apps without writing a line of code. If you are a developer, Myndlab produces clean readable code in Next/Vite/Remix on the front and Node/Python/Go on the back — open it in your editor and keep going.

What is a credit, and how many do I need?

One prompt = one credit. Editing, previews, and auto-retries are free. An active user typically uses 150–250 credits/month. Pro 400 covers most individuals comfortably; Pro 800 fits a small team.

Buy a top-up of 50 / 120 / 350 credits anytime ($10 / $20 / $50). Or upgrade your plan and get the difference instantly. No service interruption.

Tap the mic, talk about your idea however you want. Myndlab listens, asks smart follow-ups, and assembles your prompt as you speak. It understands Gulf Arabic dialects, Modern Standard Arabic, and English with an Arabic accent. First-token latency: 180ms.

Which AI models do you use?

Claude (Anthropic) as the primary, with optional GPT (OpenAI) fallback. Enterprise customers can pin a model — or, on-prem, use local models like Llama or Mistral.

Do you use my data to train models?

No. Never. Your prompts, code, and workspace data are not used to train our models or any provider's models. Contractual restrictions with every LLM vendor enforce this.

Your choice. Frontends: Next.js, Vite, Remix, SvelteKit, Astro. Backends: Node.js, Python (FastAPI), Go, Rust. Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. 10+ combinations possible.

Can I deploy to my own servers?

Yes. Export the code and deploy to Vercel, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, or your own infrastructure. Enterprise customers get ready-made Terraform modules.

Two-way sync. Change something in Myndlab — it appears as a commit in GitHub. Change in your editor — pulled back into Myndlab. Branches and merge conflicts handled properly.

What does Enterprise include?

Team-pooled credits, sovereign deployment (GCC SaaS, Private VPC, or on-prem), SSO + SAML + SCIM + audit logs, a dedicated account manager, 99.9% SLA, and custom connectors.

Where do you host data?

Three sovereign regions live: UAE (Dubai), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh), EU (Frankfurt). Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman are on the 2026–2027 roadmap. Enterprise customers pin a region; data never leaves it.

Will you send the CAIQ or DPA?

Yes. Both are downloadable from the trust center, alongside MSA, SLA, annual pen-test summary, and BCP. Everything is signature-ready and NDA-free except the full pen-test report.

Are you GDPR compliant?

Yes. We have a designated DPO, a DPA available, and honor data-subject rights (access, deletion, correction). Your data can be pinned to the EU region.

What happens to my data on account cancellation?

Accepted Answer

All of your data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation. Backups expire after 90 days. You receive a written confirmation of deletion. Export anything you need before then.
