Generating images

Write a prompt, pick a style and aspect ratio, and Myndlab generates an image through fal.ai models — then iterate, make variations, and ship the result to your asset library or straight into a project.

From prompt to image

Myndlab Media Studio turns a text description into an image using fal.ai image-generation models. The core flow is simple: describe what you want to see, set a few options, then generate. The more specific your prompt, the closer the result tracks your intent.

A good prompt names the subject, lighting, mood, and perspective:

Tip.Start simple. Generate a first pass with a short prompt, then add detail based on what you see — that is faster than crafting one long prompt up front.

Style controls

Beyond the prompt text, you can steer the overall look through style options. Describe the style explicitly in the prompt or pick it from the available controls:

Visual medium
Photograph, digital painting, watercolor, 3D render, or line art. Set the medium early since it governs everything else.

Mood & lighting
Add words like dramatic, soft, high-key, or neon to shift the feel without changing the subject itself.

What to avoid
Name unwanted elements (such as text, watermarks, or busy backgrounds) to keep them out of the result.

Aspect ratios

Pick the aspect ratio to match where the image will live before you generate — recropping a square into a wide banner later often loses important parts. Common ratios:

16:9   — landscape (hero banners, video thumbnails)
9:16   — portrait (mobile screens, stories, reels covers)
4:3    — classic (cards, blog headers)

Note.Aspect ratio shapes the composition, not just the edges. A 9:16 frame tends to center a single subject vertically, while 16:9 leaves more room for surrounding scene.

Iterating & variations

The first pass is rarely final. There are two ways to move forward: refine the prompt, or generate variations from a result you already like.

Change details via the prompt
Edit a single word or line (such as lighting or camera angle) and regenerate. Small changes make the effect of each element clear.

Generate variations
Start from an existing result to produce close alternatives in the same style — useful when comparing several composition options.

Keep what works
Every generation stays in the asset library, so you can compare runs side by side without losing earlier results.

Using the result

Once you are happy with an image, you have two paths: download it or ship it into a project inside Myndlab.

Download
Export the image as PNG (or JPG) to use in any external tool. A copy remains in the asset library for later reference.

Ship to a project
Send the image straight into a Web App or Design project, where it becomes an asset available for use in interfaces or pages.

Tip.Every image you generate is saved to the asset library, so there is no need to download right away. Generate freely, then pick the best shots later.
