The agreement between us.

By creating an account on Myndlab, you accept these terms. If you are using Myndlab on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at security@permus.io of any suspected unauthorized access.

We require multi-factor authentication on Enterprise tier and recommend it on all tiers.

You retain all rights to the code Myndlab generates from your prompts. We claim no ownership over your projects, applications, or any work product. You can export and deploy your code anywhere.

You grant us a limited license to process, host, and display your project content solely to provide the service to you. That license terminates when you delete your project or close your account.

You may not use Myndlab to:

• Build applications that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Generate content that infringes intellectual property, depicts child exploitation, or constitutes hate speech.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or copy our underlying AI models or training data.
• Resell Myndlab as a competing service or white-label without an explicit agreement.
• Send unsolicited mass communications, spam, or phishing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice when the violation permits.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually. You can downgrade or cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period. Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase. Auto-retry attempts on failed builds do not consume credits.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@permus.io.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Pro and Enterprise tiers, measured per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) document available from the Trust & Security center.

Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance and reflected on status.myndlab.ai.

Myndlab is provided "as is." While we work hard to deliver high-quality output, generated code may contain bugs, security issues, or unintended behavior. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before deploying it to production.

We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, while maintaining the explicit commitments documented in our SLA and DPA.

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (fraud, gross negligence, certain consumer protections).

You can close your account at any time from Settings → Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice when the situation permits.

On termination, you can export your data within 30 days. After that, content is deleted per our data retention schedule.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts in Dubai.

Enterprise customers operating under a separately signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) follow the governing-law clause of that agreement, which supersedes this section.
