The world has never had more tools to build software. And yet, for most people, and even most developers, the gap between an idea and a working, deployable application has never felt wider. Prototypes get built. Demos get shown. And then the real work begins: the scaffolding, the infrastructure, the containerisation, the deployment pipelines. The parts that never show up in the final outcome.
That gap is exactly what Myndlab was built to close.
We didn't want to build another AI tool. We wanted to build the platform that actually ships.
Myndlab is a full-stack AI application generator: a platform that transforms an idea, stated in natural language, into a scalable, containerised, production-ready application. Not a prototype. Not a mockup. Not an MVP. A real, deployable product, built on modern technology stacks, ready for the world from day one.
Why Dubai. Why now?
The UAE has made a generational commitment to becoming a global leader in artificial intelligence. With the National AI Strategy 2031, as well as UAE having been recognised as a leading global hub in artificial intelligence (AI), according to the AI Index Report 2026 issued by Stanford University’s Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI), the country is at the frontier of AI adoption and development. It is a nation where builders are welcomed and ambitious ideas find institutional support, infrastructure, and an audience that takes innovation seriously.
For a company whose entire mission is to make sophisticated AI development accessible to the people building the future, there was no better home.
We value innovation at the speed of intelligence, and the UAE is running at full speed.
Myndlab is also one of the first AI application generators of its kind to be built with the GCC market at its core. The platform supports natural language prompting and output in Arabic, English, and Turkish, and is fully GCC-compliant for data security.
The people behind the platform
Permus Software House is led by Omar Fareda, who co-founded and built MYBOS, a sophisticated facility management software platform, in Sydney, Australia, before successfully exiting the venture in 2018. He brought that experience, that builder's instinct, and that understanding of what it takes to take a product from zero to enterprise-grade, to Dubai.
Myndlab is chaired by Sevket Ayaksiz, an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with over 14 years of leadership experience across software development and investment management, a strategic force whose vision bridges operational excellence with forward-thinking growth.
Alongside him, Bindesh Vijayan serves as AI lead as well as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Myndlab, leading the design and development of advanced AI systems that turn ideas into deployable, production-ready software. With more than 14 years at Microsoft, including participation in the beta testing of what would become Microsoft Azure, Bindesh brings firsthand experience across some of the most important technology shifts of the last three decades, from early computing to cloud and now AI-native development.
What we believe
We believe that innovation should be clear, structured, and powerful, rather than limited by expertise, buried in complexity, or dependent on organisations with large engineering teams.
We believe that the best ideas come from everywhere; from the developer writing code at midnight and the founder sketching on a napkin, from the artist who wants to build a digital product and the enterprise looking to move faster than the market.
Myndlab is built for all of them.
The future belongs to the builders. We built Myndlab to make sure everyone can be one.
This is just the beginning
Myndlab is now in open beta. From day one, users can access the platform, build their first project, and experience what it means to go from concept to deployment without the traditional barriers of time, cost, and technical complexity.
We are launching here, in the UAE. But we are building for the world.
If you have an idea, Myndlab is ready for it.
